About
Celtic knots
are found in Irish art as far back as the 6th Century. Rounded
interwoven knots like the ones in the Celtic Knot Wedding Band are known as
Lovers’ Knots and symbolize unity, eternity, and the circle of life which, like
the knot, has no beginning and no end. The two ropes making up the knot
represent the individual lives of the lovers as they travel through life’s
twists and turns together.
