Return Policy 30-Day Exchange Policy If the piece that you ordered isn't quite what you thought it would be, we'd love to help! Vintage jewelry may be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange. Because nearly every non-vintage piece is made specifically for you, those pieces can only be returned for exchange or re-sizing. Send the piece back to us within 30 days of the date it shipped to you if you would like help with an exchange (and, in the case of vintage jewelry, a refund). We can help with re-sizing at any time. Pieces that have been custom designed, engraved, altered, or re-sized, and purchases that have previously been exchanged, repaired, or re-sized may not be returned for exchange or refund. Jewelry returned to us must be in the same condition as it was sent.
