If you need any work or changes made to your jewelry, we're happy to help! You'll pay the shipping and repair costs. To repair a sterling silver item, the cost is generally between $25 and $75 but will vary depending on the nature of the work required. Repairs to gold items will be more expensive and depend on the nature of the repair, but we can help with a general idea of cost before the work is done. Email us to inquire about jewelry repair. |

We guarantee that the piece you receive will be made of the materials described and made of quality craftsmanship. If your jewelry becomes damaged, no matter what the circumstances, just send it back to us. We won't charge you an arm and a leg for repairs, and we'll get your jewelry back to you as quickly as possible (usually within two weeks). We want to make sure you love your jewelry for a long time, and we'll be here to help any way we can. We strongly recommend that you let us take care of all resizings and repairs to jewelry you purchase from us to ensure the highest quality and care for these pieces. The TurtleLove.com quality guarantee is voided if your piece is worked on by an outside jeweler, so if you find a problem with your item you should send it back to us! If you wish to have your ring resized, we'd be glad to help you with that! Resizing takes up to two weeks from the time we receive the ring and costs between $30 and $95. To preserve the integrity of hte piece, some styles of ring cannot be resized. If you have any questions about resizing one of the rings on our site, please contact us! |

We offer whole and half sizes in gold rings and whole sizes in silver rings. Some rings are available in limited sizes only - this is indicated on the product page. If you need help figuring out the size you need, request a free ring sizer. We can even help you figure out a ring size on the sly so that your gift will be a surprise! |

30-Day Exchange Policy If the piece that you ordered isn't quite what you thought it would be, we'd love to help! Vintage jewelry may be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange. Because nearly every non-vintage piece is made specifically for you, those pieces can only be returned for exchange or re-sizing. Send the piece back to us within 30 days of the date it shipped to you if you would like help with an exchange (and, in the case of vintage jewelry, a refund). We can help with re-sizing at any time. Pieces that have been custom designed, engraved, altered, or re-sized, and purchases that have previously been exchanged, repaired, or re-sized may not be returned for exchange or refund. Jewelry returned to us must be in the same condition as it was sent.
