How do I pay for my order?
 
We accept online payments using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. International customers can use whatever payment methods are accepted by our international logistics partner, InternationalCheckout.
How can I track my order?

Will I have to pay sales tax at checkout?
 
TurtleLove.com is obligated to collect sales tax for items shipped to Maine, USA. International customers handle import taxes and the like with the help of our international shipping partner, InternationalCheckout.
How will my jewelry arrive?
 

TurtleLove.com offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders over $500 ship via FedEx; other orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you need expedited shipping, you can select FedEx overnight for a flat rate of $30.

International orders are handled by InternationalCheckout, a third party service provider. If you are located outside the U.S., InternationalCheckout will handle logistics of getting your jewelry to you, including insured shipping, customs clearances, and duties.  Questions about international shipping and returns should be directed to InternationalCheckout.

Special Orders
 
Many of the items in the Turtle Love Co. collection can be special ordered with different materials from those shown.  Please email [email protected] with your particular request, and we'll do our best to help you out. We can give you a better idea of timing when we know what you're looking for, but special orders usually take between 1 week and 2 months to fulfill, depending on the product. Special order items may not be exchanged or returned.
